Training Etiquette

It is extremely important to us that we offer an outstanding training experience.

We are fortunate enough to offer our training online. However to ensure the best quality of training we can, we please ask participants to follow our training etiquette.

We require that all participants:

Are visible with their camera on throughout the training. This supports the group connection and bonding which supports the learning environment. It is also respectful to the trainer and your peers.
Stay to the end.
Actively take part in small and the large group discussions and feedback. This respectfully supports everyone’s learning and growth journey.
Remember that safeguarding is always the priority. Your own organisational and professional policies/procedures always apply and are the priority.
To stay in the training session. Please do not arrange to attend meetings during the training session. We will ask you to re-do the training day. We can not compromise on your learning experience.
