Training Etiquette

It is extremely important to us that we offer an outstanding training experience.

We are fortunate enough to offer our training online. However to ensure the best quality of training we can, we please ask participants to follow our training etiquette.

Our Etiquette:

We require that all participants:
  1. Are visible with their camera on throughout the  training. This supports the group connection and bonding which supports the learning environment. It is also respectful to the trainer and your peers.
  2. Stay to the end.
  3. Actively take part in small and the large group discussions and feedback. This respectfully supports everyone’s learning and growth journey.
  4. Remember that safeguarding is always the priority. Your own organisational and professional policies/procedures always apply and are the priority.
  5. To stay in the training session. Please do not arrange to attend meetings during the training session.
  6. The training may include practitioners sharing examples of traumatic experiences from their work as case studies. For this reason, we ask that babies, and children are not present for any part of the training days. This is to protect their mental and emotional wellbeing. We will ask you to book onto another training group to support you and your child.

If we feel your training experience has been impacted by the above we will ask you to re-do the training day. We will not compromise on your learning experience as this may effect your work with the children and families you are supporting via the Healing Together programmes.

Please contact us in advance if you are not able to fulfil these requirements so we can make any necessary adjustments.
